• A 4 Year Service Pack must be purchased with:
  • Vehicle age on the date of request to be under 58 months from RDA
  • Vehicle to have carried out 12 months/15,000kms Scheduled Service, or be older than 12 months since the commencement of the ŠKODA New Vehicle Warranty Start Date
• Subject to section 11 of this document, (https://www.skoda.com.au/_doc/ba786136-25a7-45eb-91b3-f060562783c9), the entitlements of the ŠKODA Scheduled Service Packs remain with the Eligible Vehicle if the First Purchaser or any subsequent owner on-sells the Eligible Vehicle provided that, as at the time of re-sale, the vehicle has had all necessary Scheduled Services performed.

• 7 Year Service Pack must be purchased from a participating SKODA Dealer and is available for all new vehicles and covers standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only. These Service Packs can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 15,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first). The timeframe takes effect from when the vehicle is first reported in our system as ‘sold’. Discount structure varies by model.
